Carme Ruscalleda’s charming restaurant, Sant Pau, is located in the tiny seaside town of Sant Pol de Mar in the Maresme district of Barcelona province. Inaugurated in 1988, the 19th century location was once a seasonal hostel located directly across the street from the grocery store owned by the
