Spyker V6 Venator Concept: For the Tenacious, No Road is Impassable

propeller. Each wheel cap comes inscribed

with Spyker's name and company motto, "nulla tenaci invia est via" or as translated from Latin "for the tenacious, no road is impassable." That same inscription is featured on the sides of the headrest fairings as well as the rim of the exhaust pipes with an attention to detail seen in few vehicles ever produced. Other

aeronautical design elements include

vintage-style switches in the center stack

and green luminescent gauges that mimic

those found in aircraft of old.

The Venator even has an exposed transmission shift linkage in between the seats, which is a signature design element for Spyker. Interestingly enough, the automaker used the design despite the fact the car comes with an automatic transmission instead of a manual. Instead

of leaving the chrome-clad exposed

machinery out of the design, Spyker CEO

Victor Muller decided to keep with

company tradition. Interestingly enough, Muller was the designer who gave birth to the Venator Concept, showing off his ability to lead the company through artistic example.
